South Valley Endurance Training has the personal to help you meet your fitness goals. From coach to marathon or elite triathlete training we can help you. Our plans range from inexpensive online training plans to advanced coaching with some of the best in the business.

We hold weekly runs and cycling / MTB training rides. In addition there is access to training camps ranging from bike handling skills to swim clinics with Becky Lavelle.

July 20 2009, my life changed. I was a 55 year old Grandma out of shape and over weight. The previous month I was in Seattle the day of the rock and roll marathon and thought that would be fun. I asked  Greg if he would train me to run the ½ marathon next year. Two weeks later Greg sent me my first months training plan. It didn’t seem that hard  walking 20 minutes 6 days a week. The coming months each month was a little more difficult. Starting out I was only able to run for two minutes. In Sept. I ran my first 5K, it was hard but I completed it. Now six months later I am running 6 miles, I can’t believe it. I have lost 38 lbs and feel great. Greg’s plan works. Look out Seattle here I come.
